4. No Guarantee of Availability

All watches listed on this website are subject to prior sale and availability confirmation. The listing of a watch does not constitute a guarantee that the specific piece is currently in stock or immediately available. Our team will confirm availability upon inquiry.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed are indicative and subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and sourcing costs. "Price on Request" listings require a direct inquiry for current pricing. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

Crown Watch Group commits to sourcing only authenticated Rolex watches. All watches undergo our internal verification process. However, our guarantee applies specifically to watches sourced and verified directly through our service. We are not responsible for claims arising from independent transactions or post-delivery modifications.

7. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are encouraged to ask questions, request additional documentation, and review all information before committing to a purchase. Once a transaction is confirmed and payment is processed, it is subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

We work with clients globally. International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance, or legal restrictions on importing timepieces in their jurisdiction.
