13-day peace-of-mind guarantee. If your watch isn't exactly as expected, you may return it within 13 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Shipping & Delivery

Fully insured, signature-required delivery is included free of charge in every quoted price — there is no separate shipping fee to the buyer. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of authentication and cleared payment, with typical transit of 2–7 business days depending on destination. We deliver across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore, and to select additional destinations worldwide on request. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes in their jurisdiction.

Inspection Period

All watches come with a 13-day inspection period from the time of confirmed delivery. During this window, buyers are encouraged to inspect the watch with the assistance of an independent watchmaker or certified timepiece specialist of their choosing.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us within 13 days of confirmed delivery at source@crownwatchgroup.com or via WhatsApp.
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm and arrange return shipping.
  • The watch must be returned in its original, unaltered condition with all included accessories and packaging.
  • Upon receipt and verification, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Condition of Return

Returned watches must be in the same condition as delivered — unworn after receipt, with original packaging and documentation intact. Watches that have been worn, altered, or serviced after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

This policy applies to all returns within the 13-day window, including buyer's-remorse returns — not only defective or misdescribed watches. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we will provide fully insured return shipping instructions when you initiate a return. Your original delivery is always included free of charge in the quoted price.

Transit Damage

In the event of transit damage, contact us immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence. All watches are shipped fully insured and we will resolve any transit claim directly.

Sell & Trade Submissions

Once a sell or trade transaction has been confirmed and completed, it cannot be reversed. All valuations and offers are subject to the accuracy of information provided at the time of submission.
