3-day peace-of-mind guarantee. If your watch isn't exactly as expected, you may return it within 3 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Inspection Period

All watches come with a 3-day inspection period from the time of confirmed delivery. During this window, buyers are encouraged to inspect the watch with the assistance of an independent watchmaker or certified timepiece specialist of their choosing.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery at source@crownwatchgroup.com or via WhatsApp.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm and arrange return shipping.
3. The watch must be returned in its original, unaltered condition with all included accessories and packaging.
4. Upon receipt and verification, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Condition of Return

Returned watches must be in the same condition as delivered — unworn after receipt, with original packaging and documentation intact. Watches that have been worn, altered, or serviced after delivery are not eligible for return.

Transit Damage

In the event of transit damage, contact us immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence. All watches are shipped fully insured and we will resolve any transit claim directly.

Sell & Trade Submissions

Once a sell or trade transaction has been confirmed and completed, it cannot be reversed. All valuations and offers are subject to the accuracy of information provided at the time of submission.
